This role leads, coaches, and develops the global HRBP organization, ensuring high-impact partnership with senior executives and excellence in execution.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources Administration or related studies
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership of large-scale HR organizations
- Clear track record of influencing C-suite executives
- Deep expertise across talent management, organizational development, leadership effectiveness, and strategic workforce planning
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to evaluate and translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management skills; strong executive presence and ability to challenge, influence, and build trust
- High learning agility; comfortable with complexity, ambiguity, and rapid change
- A collaborative, pragmatic, and results-driven leadership style
