Requirements
- Vocational training or comparable qualification in HR, administration, or a related field
- Several years of experience in a coordination role, ideally within HR Operations, Talent Attraction, or Shared Services
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience working with ATS systems and structured HR processes
- Solid understanding of HR administration and recruitment coordination
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance
- Structured, reliable, and able to identify and escalate issues appropriately
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse, international stakeholders
- Fluency in English; additional languages skills in Mandarin or Malaysian
