Next Health is seeking a Director of Training and People Development to lead training initiatives across the organization, designing educational curricula and implementing comprehensive training programs to support employee growth and excellence in their roles.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in training development or a closely related field
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
• Demonstrated proficiency with Learning Management Systems and developing innovative training content
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to travel as needed
