We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the people side of digital transformation at NextEnergy Group.
Requirements
- Define, implement, and continuously improve a structured change management methodology
- Develop and maintain the organisation's change management standards, templates, and playbooks
- Assess the change impact and organisational readiness for each initiative
- Build the change management capability of the TDS team and wider business
- Define how change management success is measured
- Partner with Product Managers and the PMO to embed change management activities into the agile delivery lifecycle
- Develop and execute change plans for concurrent digital rollouts
- Track adoption and benefits realisation against agreed metrics
- Lead post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and continuously improve the change approach
