Seeking a L2 Support Engineer with 4-10 years of experience to provide advanced technical support for various operating systems, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, and lead and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as an L2 System Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of major operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues on various devices
- Experience with network troubleshooting and management
- Familiarity with system security practices and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in team management and mentoring is a plus
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server) are advantageous
