Nextiva is looking for an Expansion Account Executive to drive customer growth and deliver better outcomes by identifying real business challenges and delivering meaningful solutions using their AI-powered customer experience platform.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals (revenue, retention, or activity-based metrics)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Comfortable with outbound engagement and proactive customer communication
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Coachable and open to feedback, with a track record of applying it
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with a willingness to continuously learn and apply new tools
- Interest in AI and technology
