As a Customer Expansion Account Manager, you will identify opportunities to grow existing customer relationships and deliver meaningful solutions using Nextiva's AI-powered customer experience platform.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals (revenue, retention, or activity-based metrics)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts, advanced English fluency required (spoken & written)
- Comfortable with outbound engagement and proactive customer communication
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Coachable and open to feedback, with a track record of applying it
- Self-motivated and resourceful, you take initiative to solve problems and develop your skills
- Interest in AI and technology, with a willingness to continuously learn and apply new tools
