Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working for a fast-paced corporate level Service Desk
- Good knowledge of Windows Operating System (Win10 / 11)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (2013, 2016, O365)
- Basic understanding of networking
- Familiarity with mobile devices (smartphones/tablets)
- Clean driving license
- Excellent communication skills with ability to problem solve, quickly identify and adapt to end users
- Technical abilities while maintaining the highest levels of customer service
- Critical thinking in a fast-paced environment with ability to be flexible
- Highly dependable with exceptional teamwork mentality
