As a Technical Product Manager for Agentic Voice, you will lead the strategy and execution of our next-generation voice capabilities at the intersection of conversational AI, real-time voice infrastructure, and enterprise-grade platform architecture.
Requirements
- Define and drive the voice product strategy, covering telephony infrastructure, SIP integrations, voice gateways, media handling, STT/TTS providers, and real-time orchestration.
- Partner with engineering to design resilient, low-latency, carrier-grade voice architectures.
- Evaluate and integrate voice technology providers (STT, TTS, VAD, media streaming, etc).
- Own key technical decisions around latency, audio quality, scalability, failover, and compliance in enterprise voice environments.
- Build prototypes and validate new voice experiences using modern AI and speech tooling when needed.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, solution engineering, sales, and customer success to ensure successful adoption of voice capabilities.
- Define success metrics such as call quality, latency, containment rate, handover performance, and infrastructure reliability.
- Continuously improve the Agentic Voice experience through experimentation, measurement, and iteration.
