Job Description
NiCE is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-driven customer engagement solutions using their digital and AI portfolio. The role requires deep technical expertise and collaboration with customers and business leaders.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building and operating end-to-end production systems at scale
- Proven technical problem-solving ability, particularly in rapidly shifting, loosely defined environments
- Working knowledge of the current AI agent toolkit: evaluation frameworks, orchestration tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering
- Familiarity with React, TypeScript, and/or Go is an advantage
