Forward Deployed Engineer

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to architect and deliver production-ready conversational AI agents that fuel company growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and operating end-to-end production systems at scale, and a natural builder's mentality with high personal agency. They will be responsible for developing agentic systems for large-scale companies, building reusable agent frameworks, and driving design partnerships around new product directions.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and operating end-to-end production systems at scale
• Proven technical problem-solving ability in rapidly shifting, loosely defined environments
• Working knowledge of the current AI agent toolkit: evaluation frameworks, orchestration tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering
