We're looking for a Lead QA Architect to lead quality assurance efforts for our flagship product suite. You'll drive quality and automation strategies, implement shift-left practices, and mentor QA leads.
Requirements
- 5 years QA leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA engineer with at least 4 years of automation experience
- Extensive experience designing tests for an enterprise SW solution
- Leadership, coordination abilities and ability to influence without authority
- Ability to define QA processes across development groups
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD and Test-Driven Development
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Experience with full software development lifecycle using Agile Development processes
- Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong self-motivation; Excellent work ethic, dependable and responsible
