Partner Enablement Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing partner-focused enablement initiatives that strengthen partner capability, improve partner performance, and support the overall partner ecosystem.
Requirements
- 3â5 years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, channel programs, customer success, or a similar field
- Experience developing or coordinating training, enablement, or readiness programs for external audiences
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, channel business models, or B2B SaaS sales motions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with experience managing multiple initiatives
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, marketing, and readiness
