As a customer-facing, billable role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing AI-driven applications, such as chatbots and knowledge assistants, for enterprise contact centers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Proven expertise in technical configuration and programming of AI and contact center technologies
- Familiarity with generative AI models, NLU techniques, and automation principles
