The Customer Success Manager role involves ensuring Cognigy's customers are supported and guided through their journey with implementing Cognigy's products, with a focus on delivering expected outcomes and expansion. The role requires extensive experience with enterprise software solutions, expertise in customer needs identification, and the ability to articulate the strategic business value of Cognigy's solutions. The manager will also define and track customer success metrics, design and implement effective customer retention strategies, and work in close synergy with sales and technical teams to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
