Senior DevOps Engineer, CX

At NiCE, we’re ambitious and game changers. We set high standards and execute beyond them. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll work on building automated pipelines for continuous delivery and contribute to the evaluation of new DevOps tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS, S3, VPC, Route53, IAM, CloudFront, CloudWatch, etc.)
• Expertise in Terraform and AWS CloudFormation for infrastructure automation
• Proven experience in building and maintaining pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub Actions/Workflows
• Proficiency in Docker, ECS, and image management best practices
• Strong command over Python and Shell scripting for automation and system tasks
