Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software industries
- Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical challenges
- Strong capability to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
