Job Description
Solution Sales Executive role involves driving sales and expertise in Analytics and AI capabilities. The individual will own the sales process, assess customer business needs, and position NiCE Outbound Engagement solutions to exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
- Collaborating with Account Executives and Pre-Sales Consultants
- Prospecting and relationship-building activities
- Delivering compelling demonstrations and use cases
- Partnering with Analytics and AI LOBs
- Domain expertise in Analytics and AI functions
- BA or BS in Business, Sales, or Marketing field
- Minimum 5 years of experience selling software products and services
- 10 years of operational and/or technical experience with outbound contact centers
