We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the end-to-end recruitment process, drive talent strategy, and attract top candidates for our Israel-based divisions. This is an amazing opportunity for a passionate TA Partner who is driven, creative, and loves to succeed.
Requirements
- Owning and Leading End to End recruiting process
- Leading sourcing strategy
- Establishing strong working relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, International HR and the recruiting team
- Work on recruiting initiatives and help embed these into the business
