Unit is seeking a People & Talent Partner to join its Global People team to shape the future of the organization. This is a high-impact, hybrid role designed for a professional who thrives on the intersection of rapid organizational scaling and deep human-centric partnership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as Talent Acquisition and 3+ years experience as People Partner role within a high-growth, global tech environment (Israel-US experience is a significant advantage)
- Experience coaching managers through difficult performance cycles, structural changes, and the 'human' nuances of a high-pressure environment
- Deep expertise in building sophisticated sourcing 'engines'
- Hands-on experience with the full employee lifecycle in Israel, from local labor laws and compliance to compensation benchmarking and HRIS management
- Strong proficiency in HRIS, ATS platforms, and AI-driven tools
- Ability to translate people data into business insights
- Exceptional English and Hebrew (written and verbal)
- A 'one-team' mentality and comfort working in a hybrid, cross-continental model
