NIQ is seeking a Global Account Developer to drive strategic growth of a defined portfolio of global clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of exceeding targets, managing complex sales cycles, and building solid and lasting partnerships with C-suite and key client decision-makers.
Requirements
- 10/15 years of B2B sales experience with large accounts
- Excellent business acuity, strong understanding of value levers, mastery of value-based sales, and ability to build convincing and client-adapted value propositions
- Proven success in managing strategic accounts with complex sales cycles and multi-country/multi-region experience
- Solid experience in managing strategic accounts and building lasting relationships, with a strong focus on long-term value creation and client success
- Expertise in building and driving robust pipelines with clear visibility on deal stages, conversion rates, and forecasting precision
- Mastery of CRM tools (e.g. Microsoft, Salesforce), CPQ, analytics, and reporting tools to drive performance and ensure accountability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
- Proven experience of working in a matrix organization and leading commercial execution in collaboration with specialized teams (sales, pre-sales, revenue operations, product, marketing, delivery)
