As a Strategic Account Manager, you will drive growth, strengthen partnerships, and deliver exceptional value across key national accounts. You will serve as a trusted liaison between our company and high-profile customers, represent our full portfolio of industrial and commercial cleaning solutions, and cultivate long-term partnerships, meet key performance metrics, and provide seamless, high-quality customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 7+ years of strategic or national account sales experience, preferably in industrial, retail, or janitorial/sanitation sectors.
- Proven success managing National or Global accounts within complex organizations.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Strong understanding of industrial operations, logistics, and floorcare solutions.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM for account management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities, able to ask the right questions and lead consultative discussions.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator — comfortable working with operations, service, and marketing to deliver holistic solutions.
- Self-motivated, organized, and disciplined — able to work independently without micromanagement.
