Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources/People professional to join our team as the Head of People and Culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in people operations and employee engagement, and will be responsible for creating the best employee experience and leading employee engagement activities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or People Operations
- Strong knowledge of Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Thai Labor Law
- Experience managing visa and work permit processes for expatriates is a strong plus
