Customer Service Specialist

NinjaHoldings is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and supporting the day-to-day operations of customer accounts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in customer service and/or collections
• Prior call center experience is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and handle ambiguity
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Ability to work Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
