At Nintex, we are seeking a Senior Account Director to drive revenue growth and market penetration of the Nintex portfolio across strategic and complex customer accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning strategic segment opportunities, coordinating resources, and managing effective sales campaigns to land high-value customers. The role requires a deep understanding of our software products, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Business or a related field
- Proven experience in strategic account management in the SaaS industry (3-5 years)
- In-depth knowledge of SaaS solutions and their applications
- Strong understanding of the industry/market and its challenges
- Excellent customer relationships and engagement
- Proficient in value messaging and objection handling
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills; a high level of trust and integrity, great influencer, respected by partners and customers
