Job description
The IT Support Engineer will provide technical support and expertise to resolve IT issues across the Williams estate, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and proactive maintenance across a range of IT systems and infrastructure.
Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and software applications, and more.
The ideal candidate will have practical experience of supporting end users, managing Windows and MacOS endpoints, and a broad range of IT infrastructure, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
