
Job description
The IT Support Engineer will assist with maintenance and configuration of internal infrastructure, install hardware and software, and resolve problems with computer, network, and infrastructure systems. The role requires working with the wider team to unify and simplify solutions for all regions, embracing IT modernization, and boosting employee productivity.
The IT Support Engineer will drive change from individual services to unified and simplified solutions, support modern technologies remotely, continuously assess and improve services, and support the day-to-day operation of technology devices across the IT Service Management.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant IT field, minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, good knowledge of Windows and Macintosh clients, and understanding of Windows server roles and networked workstations.
