We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our expanding Information and Technical Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of OS principles, network settings, and office software, as well as excellent communication and service skills.
The IT Support Engineer will handle user inquiries, resolve typical technical issues, escalate complex incidents, provide user consultations, and maintain documentation.
