Job Description
Noble is seeking a Recreation Therapist to provide therapeutic recreation services to individuals with disabilities in their communities and in center-based day programs. The therapist will focus on improving or maintaining physical, cognitive, social and emotional functioning to facilitate full participation in life. This role offers autonomy and often involves working alone.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in therapeutic recreation or recreation/leisure with option in therapeutic recreation.
- Must be credentialed as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) through the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification (NCTRC).
- Candidates must meet driving insurability and background check requirements.
