Job Description
Administration Manager Q1-26 responsible for supervising administrative operations, managing attendance, social insurance, and payroll, as well as personnel affairs and security. Must have strong knowledge of labor law, social insurance law, and tax law, with 7-10 years of experience in administrative and personnel management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Law
- 7-10 years of experience in administrative and personnel management
- Strong knowledge of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, and Tax Law
- Proven experience in personnel administration and industrial security management
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills, especially when dealing with governmental entities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Maximum age: 35 years
- Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is preferred
