Job Description
Job Responsibilities: Organize and manage the daily, weekly, monthly, and annual schedule of the Factory General Manager. Coordinate and arrange internal and external meetings, including preparing meeting agendas. Draft, edit, and document daily and periodic meeting minutes, including decisions and action items. Prepare follow-up and monthly performance reports related to assignments issued by the Factory General Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Commerce, Arts, or equivalent
- 5–7 years of experience in executive secretarial roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Strong ability to follow up accurately and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and professional writing skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Good command of English language (reading and writing) is preferred
