Engineer NPO

As a Network Performance Optimization (NPO) Engineer at Nokia, you will monitor and analyze network performance, identify and diagnose root causes of issues, and implement optimization actions to ensure continuous network performance.

Requirements

• Lead and serve as the primary contact for specific technical domains and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)
• Engage with customers as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), offering technical guidance and insights
• Optimize network performance through traffic, capacity, and neighbor management
• Identify and recommend new feature rollouts and conduct carrier aggregation analysis for multi-carrier networks
• Perform analysis and optimization for benchmarking activities and validate/optimize Network Performance Optimization (NPO) tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and manage customer interactions regarding Service Level Agreement (SLA) KPIs, regulatory compliance, and benchmarking reports
