Engineer NPO

As a Network Performance Optimization (NPO) Engineer, you will monitor and analyze network performance, identify and diagnose root causes of issues, and implement optimization actions to ensure continuous network performance.

Requirements

• Lead and serve as the primary contact for specific technical domains and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)
• Engage with customers as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), offering technical guidance and insights
• Optimize network performance through traffic, capacity, and neighbor management
• Identify and recommend new feature rollouts and conduct carrier aggregation analysis for multi-carrier networks
• Perform analysis and optimization for benchmarking activities and validate/optimize Network Performance Optimization (NPO) tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and manage customer interactions regarding Service Level Agreement (SLA) KPIs, regulatory compliance, and benchmarking reports
