Job Description
As a Network Performance Optimization (NPO) Specialist, you will monitor and analyze network performance, identify and diagnose root causes of issues, and implement optimization actions to ensure continuous performance. The role involves leading and serving as a primary contact for specific technical domains and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), managing project deliverables independently.
Requirements
- Lead and serve as the primary contact for specific technical domains and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)
- Engage with customers as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), offering technical guidance and insights
- Optimize network performance through traffic, capacity, and neighbor management
- Identify and recommend new feature rollouts and conduct carrier aggregation analysis for multi-carrier networks
- Perform analysis and optimization for benchmarking activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and manage customer interactions
