Job Description
Nooks is seeking a Software Engineer to build and scale integrations within their Dialer system. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and owning high-scale integrations with SEPs and CRMs, managing data pipelines, and driving reliability and monitoring. The engineer will collaborate with product and GTM on customer impact integration prioritization.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years backend experience
- Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, OAuth, error handling, and rate limiting
- Strong systems background with focus on reliability, observability, and monitoring
- History of building frameworks for integrations
