Job Description
Nooks is an AI Sales Assistant Platform that automates busywork so reps can focus on the human part of selling and generate more sales pipeline. We're a team of high performers growing rapidly and looking for a Technical Support Engineer to deliver exceptional user experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Technical Support experience
- Complex, feature-rich, constantly iterating B2B SaaS platforms
- Slack, live chat channels, and email support
- Real-time troubleshooting, including video conferencing and remote access
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with experience learning and working with a rapidly changing SaaS platform
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
