We are recruiting a Reward Partner to join our HR team in London. The role involves designing and delivering our reward and benefits strategy across multiple countries. You will provide expert advice on reward philosophy, pay practices, benefits, and governance, and work closely with the Senior Group Reward Manager to execute reward strategy and policies.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits within a complex, multinational organisation.
- Deep technical expertise across, compensation frameworks and market pricing, salary and incentive cycles, executive and senior reward, global benefits design and governance desirables.
- Proven experience managing benefits across multiple countries and regulatory environments.
- Experience operating in a matrix, high-growth or transformation environment advantageous
- Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies desirable
- Strong Excel and data interpretation skills (Power Query / Power Pivot advantageous)
- Experience with HRIS, compensation tools and/or analytics dashboards (e.g., Power BI)
