Requirements
- Proven experience delivering compensation processes in a complex organisation.
- Strong expertise in job evaluation, market benchmarking, salary offers, and pay frameworks.
- Experience partnering with stakeholders to solve complex reward issues.
- HR systems experience (ideally SAP/SAP SuccessFactors).
