Requirements
- Experience from customer support / customer service in a professional environment
- Good communicative ability â you are clear, calm and solution-oriented
- An analytical side, you like to understand how things fit together
- Confidence in working structured and prioritizing when a lot is going on at the same time
- Ability to see the customer's holistic perspective and create a personal approach
- Very good ability to communicate in English in both speech and writing
