Job Description
To lead and motivate staff and drive change in the Supported Accommodation service, ensuring young people are at the centre of everything. Provide management to staff teams and Senior Practitioners, and support the Team Manager to meet departmental standards.
Requirements
- Professional experience in residential care, supported accommodation, or child-focused services
- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience, and a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management or willingness to work towards this within two years
- Full driving licence and daily access to a vehicle
