Requirements
- Coordinate and optimize transportation activities
- Lead the coordination of emergency and expedited shipments
- Work with carriers to identify alternative routing
- Monitor open orders and transportation reports
- Serve as a go-to contact for escalated or sensitive logistics issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Care, plants, warehouses, and external partners
- Demonstrate ownership and drive improvement by taking full accountability for logistics outcomes
- Maintain ERP accuracy and compliance
