Job Description
North Risk Partners is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Risk Advisor to build business by identifying prospects, converting prospects to clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role requires generating new business, specializing in commercial lines, employee benefits and personal lines, and adhering to all federal and state regulations. It's a full-time position in a fast-growing firm serving insurance and risk management clients.
Requirements
- A combination of education and experience generally attained through a high school degree, bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of 3 years in a sales role
- Ability to obtain & maintain a life & health license
- Commission based sales experience is helpful, but not required
- Demonstrated experience with prospecting and proactive outreach
- Experience with building new relationships and maintaining existing ones
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Demonstrate ability to carry on a conversation with clients, Risk Advisors, and other coworkers within North Risk Partners
