The Help Desk Support Specialist role focuses on supporting North Risk Partners' team members through the help desk system, providing user support and customer service on company-supported computers, network, server, telephony applications, and more.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field preferred, but not required
- Related experience in troubleshooting and providing help desk support
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel to different locations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and evenings/weekends
