Job Description
The Residential Care Supervisor 1 will supervise direct services care personnel, ensure the training, treatment, and services identified by the Interdisciplinary Team are provided to residents in an appropriate manner, and monitor implementation of the IPP for accuracy and for resident's response to training. The supervisor will also monitor and ensure safe conditions for residents and staff at the facility, and communicate routinely with other supervisors to relay concerns and offer suggestions.
Requirements
- 24 months training or 24 months experience in providing care to patients and/or in participating in development and/or carrying out of patients' habilitation plans and preferably for those who had developmental disabilities or mental disability, and in implementing & carrying out same.
