Regulatory Delivery and Oversight Specialist position at Northern Trust in Bangalore, India. The role involves overseeing regulatory risk remediation projects, managing selected remediation projects, and acting as a project manager supporting the EMEA region and its regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience with matrix and remote management across global teams supporting and delivering on regulatory, compliance and risk related matters
• Knowledge of the financial services industry, especially asset servicing, wealth management and banking, and the regulatory environment in which they operate
• Knowledge of regulatory themes, both existing and emerging within industry
• Project management professional with extensive business experience in Regulatory Change, and Regulatory Risk Management, with a focus on program management for projects and initiatives within the group
• Good understanding of tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, ServiceNow
• Knowledge of Regulatory frameworks such as regulatory change and risk management principles
• Proven organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills; verbal, non-verbal and written
• Results oriented with strong collaboration, influencing and data analysis skills
• College or University degree
• Extensive experience in financial services, with a solid understanding of regulatory obligations and regulatory project management
• Demonstrated experience in remediation and transformation strategy and execution
