Exciting opportunity for an APP to join our urology team in Elmhurst and Naperville, IL, providing care along the continuum of care to support a urologist. This is a hybrid role with surgery, in-patient, and office-based job duties.
Requirements
- NCCPA certification
- Current IL PA license
- Current IL PA controlled substance license
- Current DEA certification
- Current CPR
