Job Description
Exciting opportunity to join Endeavor Health in the Primary Care department as an Advanced Practice Provider. Under the direction of the collaborating physician(s), provides care to patients, obtains detailed history, performs physical examinations, orders imaging, lab tests and diagnostic procedures and interprets results. Demonstrates evidence-based practice and promotes wellness and prevent illness and injury in various settings for individuals, families, and communities.
Requirements
- Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL
- Completion of master’s level program in specialty area
- BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum of 3 years APN/PA experience in Primary Care setting
