Job Description
Exciting opportunity to join Endeavor Health in the Primary Care Department as an Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) in Concierge Medicine - Internal Medicine, with full-time hours, Monday - Friday, with Saturday rotation and call rotation.
Requirements
- Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required
- Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
- Completion of master’s level program in specialty area
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Minimum of three years primary care/internal medicine APN/PA experience preferred
