Job Description
Exciting opportunity to join Endeavor Health in the Family Medicine Department. Provides care to patients, obtains history, performs physical examinations, orders imaging, lab tests and diagnostic procedures and interprets results. Collaborates with physicians and the health care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL
- Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License
- Completion of master’s level program in specialty area
- BLS/CPR certification
- Prior primary care APN/PA experience
