Job Description
Exciting opportunity to join Endeavor Health in the family medicine department as an Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA). Requirements
- Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required
- Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Master's level program completion preferred
- Prior APN/PA experience preferred
